Dillingham Ranch is a historic 2,700 acre property located in Mokuleia on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii. Located near the historic surf town of Haleiwa, this one-of-a-kind destination includes approximately 19 acres of oceanfront land and extends to the ridge line adjacent to the Mokuleia Forest Reserve and the Waianae Mountains, offering views of Kaena Point and the world famous surfing beaches of the North Shore.

Dillingham Ranch is a rare property, offering all of the charms and essence of Hawaii, from white sandy beaches to mountain terrain and acres of open green space scattered with coconut trees, monkey pods and rare plant species indigenous to Hawaii. Peacocks and ducks flutter around the grounds while horses and cows graze in the fields.
